I love reading and as of now that is fiction only. Love all genres except horror and for the past few years, been gorging on romance. Thrillers are my first love and add some romance to it then all the more better.

Just One Kiss (Valentine Theme)

Just One Kiss (Valentine Theme) (Silhouette Romance) - Carla Cassidy Just One Kiss is such a sweet book. It starts on such a good note, Nathaniel our heroine's baby is doing baby talk with babies in day care..hee. He's being teased because he doesn't have a daddy and he says by the time I come back from vacations I will get one. Such an adorable kid and smart ;) Marissa is one of those sweet and optimist people but not in a way that is irritating and if opposites attract Marissa and Jack are it. Even though Marissa didn't have a great dad, her boyfriend walked out when she got pregnant and more, she loves life and believes that she will know her Mr. Right immediately. Funny because when Jack and Marissa meet, Nate trips Jack causing a fracture to Jack, who is not a happy camper and it is not mutual like society at once, Marissa doesn't like Jack especially as he keeps referring to Nate as a "monster" (it's all in good humor). Jack was one of those gruff men on the outside but a teddy-bear on the inside and some personal losses had made him cynical, so when a guilt-ridden Marissa offers to help him(basic stuff food, writing reports for his PI business etc), he grudgingly accepts. I love it when Jack is grumpy instead of getting miffed Marissa has come-backs and Nate is so sweet and wants a dad so bad that even shows off with his vocabulary. This is such a perfect and sweet read. Thanks Mia for telling me about it :)
